Dress Rehearsal - July 30th, rehearsal 6:30 - 9:30pm
Concert - July 31st, 6:00pm call time, 7:30pm concert

Make sure your name and voice part are entered correctly in THIS SPREADSHEET.
SONG ORDER FOR CONCERT
You can find a concert order sheet for you to print at home and keep in your folder HERE.
CONCERT ATTIRE
Please wear all-black for your concert attire. It does not need to be fancy, just a solid black top (with sleeves, no bare shoulders, please) and pants/skirt or a dress will be great. If you have a black choir dress you wear for a different choir, you are welcome to wear that. Also, a little lipstick and blush look great on stage. I know many of us are not used to wearing either, but I encourage you all to add a little color to your faces just for the concert. IMPORTANT: Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes, lotions, hair products, etc. But please DO wear deodorant. :)
TICKETS
The concert is FREE but we will require a ticket to be admitted. Please encourage your friends and family to reserve their tickets in advance by visiting www.planocivicchorus.org/tickets.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
If you know anyone who can volunteer for any of the jobs below, please contact [email protected].
BOX OFFICE
Although tickets to our concert are free, tickets are required and will be scanned at the entrance, We could use one or two people to help. They will need to arrive at 6:30pm.
DONATION TABLE
We could use a few non-choir people to help accept clothing donations at the concert. They will need to arrive at 6:45pm and help accept and keep donations organized.
USHERS
We are looking for a few non-choir helpers to arrive at 7pm and pass out programs, and help people get seated. Please let me know if you have a family member or friend who might be interested. Adorable kids are welcome to help as well.
CONCERT CLOTHING DONATIONS
At the concert we will be accepting donations of new and gently used black shoes, and solid black clothing and socks to donate to students in local music programs who can't afford concert-appropriate clothing. Youth sizes 10+ and all adult sizes will be accepted of the following:
